Dear FCA Teammate,

Thank you for your interest in our 2017 FCA Camps. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes has now been working with coaches and students for over 60 years! Through FCA, thousands have either strengthened or started their walk with Christ and have grown in their faith. Each year we have camps for students and for coaches and their families. Our Power Sports camp theme this year is “ONE” based on Philippians 1:27 - "Above all, you must live as citizens of heaven, conducting yourselves in a manner worthy of the Good News about Christ. Then, whether I come and see you again or only hear about you, I will know that you are standing together with one spirit and one purpose, fighting together for the faith, which is the Good News." (NIV)

If you can’t afford camp without a scholarship, complete and return the attached scholarship form. We offer 100% scholarships for the first year, 75% scholarships for the second year, and 50% scholarships for the third year. Scholarship recipients only need pay a $20 non-refundable fee per camper or a $50 non-refundable fee per family.

If you have any questions, please call our FCA office at 256.536.7333 or nealfcacamps@gmail.com. Please share this information on our camps with your friends and your church. God uses FCA Power Sports Camps to change lives!

FCA Scholarship FAQs

Should everyone apply for a scholarship?
No, only those who would be unable to attend camp without financial aid should apply.

Where does the scholarship money come from?
FCA is a faith-funded ministry and all of the money necessary for the ministry to continue is raised locally. Most of the money comes from individuals like you.

Is the scholarship money wasted if no one applies for it?
No, it supports the ongoing local ministry of our staff to kids, coaches, and community; however, we make a 100% effort to give away 100% of all funds given to us for scholarships.

Do you give full scholarships?
Yes, first-year campers may receive a 100% scholarship, not including $20 non-refundable fee per camper or $50 non-refundable fee per family. Second-year campers may receive 75% off camp registration and third-year campers may receive 50% off camp registration, not including $20 non-refundable fee per camper or $50 non-refundable fee per family.

Is other scholarship money available?
Yes, many local churches are given FCA scholarships as well. The NE AL FCA team can help you make contact with these churches, if needed.
